Team Lead (Software Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interface framework and business function modules for Ultriva Eletronic Kanban Products.
• Review technology solutions generated during the application development process to guide the design of UI framework and Enterprise Architecture built on top of Ultriva’s core business object infrastructure.
• Establish technical guidelines and standards for organizational use and development.
• Conduct factor analysis of products, and test product frequency distribution, reliability, validity, variance, and correlation.
• Assist development teams in the design of coordinated architectural software solutions across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership as a Team Lead for the UI framework team. This team includes ASP.NET software engineers
as well as Senior .NET Engineers, who will need to be mentored in new technologies, industry standards, and software development methodology.
• Assist QA team to build test cases for the Ultriva Electronic Kanban Products.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or a closely related technical field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in software development, 2 of which years must be in Microsoft .NET related technologies.
• Experience must include 2 years developing .NET, ASP.NET based applications for Enterprise using Microsoft Development tools, 2 years designing web applications using ASP.NET, .NET technologies, C#, VB, ASP, JavaScript and XML/XSL and Technical project management in a Team Lead role.
